Yes, the standard validity period is 9 months from the date of purchase.

Yes! If the recipient wants a different experience, they can exchange the certificate for any other from the Feelit catalog of equal value. If the desired experience costs more, they can pay the difference and enjoy the one they prefer most.
We believe that giving a gift with a visible price tag isn’t truly “Wow.” That’s why we don’t offer certificates with a specific monetary value.
But here’s the solution:
- Choose an experience within the desired price category and place your order.
- The recipient can exchange the gifted experience for any other on the website. We’ll let them know about this option in the gift instructions.

You can purchase and receive an electronic certificate via email within 5 minutes.
Or you can order a beautifully packaged physical gift and choose delivery by courier in Calgary or postal delivery anywhere in Canada.

The recipient can enjoy their experience within 9 months of the purchase date.
No worries! Price changes on the site do not affect the validity of the gift — the recipient can still redeem their experience as originally intended.
If the season ends, the recipient can choose any other experience from the catalog. They can:
- Select a different experience within the certificate value
- Split the certificate into multiple lower-priced experiences
- Pay the difference for a more expensive option
That won’t be a problem! The recipient is not limited to the gift you selected. They can visit the site and choose any experience of equal value. If the new option costs less, they can split it into multiple experiences. If it costs more, they can simply pay the difference. All changes can be done directly in the “Activate” section.
As early as possible, depending on your availability. Many experiences are popular and book up weeks in advance, so we cannot guarantee last-minute availability.
Some experiences also require additional permits and must be booked at least 10 days in advance.
Yes, all bookings must be made through Feelit to ensure proper service. If you arrive without a booking confirmation, the partner won’t be able to serve you, and your time will be wasted.
Within a few hours after submitting the booking form, our manager will contact you to confirm the selected time. Once confirmed, you’ll receive an SMS and an email with all the experience details.
Yes, you can. Details on how many days in advance you must cancel or reschedule are provided in the confirmation email. If you cancel too late, the certificate will be voided, and you will not be able to use it.
You do! You can choose the most convenient location when activating the certificate.
This means we’ve stopped working with the partner providing that service. You can:
- Choose a different experience of the same value
- Split the certificate into multiple experiences
- Select a more expensive option and pay the difference
The remaining balance will be issued as a universal certificate, which can be used for any other available experience.
Yes, someone else can enjoy the experience. Just call us and provide:
- The certificate number
- Security code
- Your details and the name/contact info of the new recipient
Please note: We won’t be able to provide new packaging or printed materials for the updated gift.
A gift certificate with a unique number and security code is single-use and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for cash.
Once the order is placed and the certificate is activated, it cannot be canceled or partially refunded.
Please store your code in a safe place — lost or misused certificates cannot be replaced.
