Yes, all bookings must be made through Feelit to ensure proper service. If you arrive without a booking confirmation, the partner won’t be able to serve you, and your time will be wasted.

Within a few hours after submitting the booking form, our manager will contact you during business hours to confirm the selected time. Once confirmed, you’ll receive an SMS and an email with all the experience details.

Yes, you can. Details on how many days in advance you must cancel or reschedule are provided in the confirmation email. If you cancel too late, the certificate will be voided, and you will not be able to use it.

You do! You can choose the most convenient location when activating the certificate.

This means we’ve stopped working with the partner providing that service. You can:

• Choose a different experience of the same value
• Split the certificate into multiple experiences
• Select a more expensive option and pay the difference

Yes, someone else can enjoy the experience. Just call us and provide:

• The certificate number
• Security code
• Your details and the name/contact info of the new recipient

Please note: We won’t be able to provide new packaging or printed materials for the updated gift.

A gift certificate with a unique number and security code is single-use and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for cash.

Once the order is placed and the certificate is activated, it cannot be canceled or partially refunded.

Please store your code in a safe place — lost or misused certificates cannot be replaced.
