This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes the conditions under which refunds, exchanges, and cancellations may occur for purchases made through the Feelit platform, operated by 2639013 ALBERTA CORP. (operating as FEELITGIFTS).
By purchasing, activating, or using any certificate, you agree to this policy and our full Terms of Service.
1. Nature of the Service
Feelit acts exclusively as an intermediary platform connecting Users with independent third-party Providers. Feelit is not the organizer or executor of the experiences. All legal relations regarding the execution of an experience arise directly between the User and the Provider.
2. Refunds (14-Day Money-Back Guarantee)
Refunds are available within 14 calendar days of purchase under the following strict conditions:
- The request is made by the original Purchaser.
- The certificate has not been activated on the Platform.
- The certificate has not been used for a booking.
- The experience is not scheduled within a timeframe that violates the Provider’s cancellation policy.
After 14 days, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by the laws of Alberta.
3. Exchanges and Upgrades
- Before Activation: You may exchange an Experience Certificate for another experience of equal or higher value.
- After Activation: No exchanges are permitted.
- Lower Value: Exchanges for experiences of lower value are not permitted.
4. Booking and Rescheduling
- All bookings must be made through the Feelit Platform.
- Once a booking is confirmed, the Provider’s cancellation and rescheduling rules apply.
- Late cancellations and no-shows may mark the certificate as used.
5. Weather and Force Majeure
- The Provider will offer a rescheduled date.
- Refunds are not issued for weather-related delays.
- Feelit is not responsible for associated costs such as travel or accommodation.
6. Provider Unavailability
If a Provider ceases operations or an experience becomes permanently unavailable, Feelit will offer:
- An alternative experience of similar nature or value.
- A certificate exchange or Feelit Credit.
- No cash refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
7. Validity and Expiry (Alberta Regulations)
- Experience Certificates: Valid for the specific service at the fixed price for 12 months.
- After 12 Months: The certificate converts to Monetary Credit.
8. Fraud and Security
Feelit reserves the right to annul certificates or refuse refunds if fraud, unauthorized resale, or chargeback abuse is suspected.
